On 13 December 2024, CHA invited its members to a confidential exchange with the new ICRC director-general Pierre Krähenbühl.
Pierre Krähenbühl took up his post in April this year. Prior to that, he was responsible for the new ICRC strategy adopted a year ago, among other things.
The meeting focused on Germany’s new humanitarian strategy and the expected developments in Germany and internationally in 2025.
Participation was for members and by invitation only.
