On 11 March 2025, Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe launched the Help Localisation Facility (HLF) together with the German Federal Foreign Office, the Ukrainian NGO Avalist and the Centre for Humanitarian Action.
Over the coming years, the HLF will provide local humanitarian organisations in Ukraine with more than 10.8 million Euros in direct funding for their humanitarian projects and institutional strengthening. The added value and impact logic as well as future potential in the area of transitional aid and reconstruction was discussed at the Cafe Kyiv conference with:
