On April 11, Goda Milasiute presents her publication “Unfulfilled Promises: Addressing the gap between commitments and practice in locally led humanitarian action” at the Catholic Committee for Emergency Assistance (KANK). In her report for Caritas Europa, she analyzed the significant discrepancy between promises and practice in supporting local humanitarian organizations.
