“Out of Sight, Out of Mind? Unveiling Attention and Neglect in Humanitarian Action and Global Health” is the annual theme of this year’s Humanitarian Congress in Berlin.
From October 10-13, 2023, participants will discuss, for example, the influence of power and authority over humanitarian narratives, humanitarian challenges of the next decade, and the potentials as well as dangers of digitalisation in humanitarian action.
Andrea Steinke, research fellow at CHA, will speak on humanitarian responses to climate change challenges on October 10. CHA will also be present with an information booth.
