Ralf Südhoff is the director of CHA and leads the research project on Linking German and European policy capacities, a project kindly funded by the German Federal Foreign Office. In his new paper titled “Influencer Europe” he analyses how European donors could drive much-needed humanitarian reform through strategic coordination.
